Application

 

Purpose 1

Cooling water system, oil pipeline and boiler scale prevention, it can be used as high hardness, high salinity and other water quality of bad oil pipeline scale inhibitor.

Purpose 2

Scale inhibitor and corrosion inhibitor for cooling water, boiler water and oilfield water treatment

Purpose 3

ATMP is often combined with other organic p hosphoric acid, polycarboxylic acid or salt to form organic alkaline water treatment agent, which is used in various circulating cooling water systems under different water quality conditions. The best dosage is 1~20mg/L. When used as corrosion inhibitor, the dosage is 20-60mg /L. ATMP has good chelation, low limit inhibition and lattice distortion. Can prevent the formation of scale salts in water, especially the formation of calcium carbonate scale. ATMP is chemically stable in water and is not easy to hydrolyze. When the concentration in water is higher, it has good corrosion inhibition effect. ATMP is used for circulating cooling water of thermal power plant, oil refinery, oil field reinjection system. It can reduce the corrosion and scaling of metal equipment or pipelines. ATMP is used as metal ion chelating agent in textile printing and dyeing industry, and can also be used as metal surface treatment agent.
