Usage of Aluminium Sulfate

1.. It is used in papermaking, water purification, and as mordant, leather tanning agent, medical astringent, wood preservative, foam fire extinguishing agent, etc. It is used in the production of artificial gemstones and high-grade ammonium alum. Analytical reagents, mordant, water repellent, grease decolorizer.

2.Used in the wood industry as a preservative. In the fuel industry, it is used as a precipitant in the production of chrome yellow and lake dyes, and also acts as a color fixing and filler. In the fire fighting industry, it is combined with baking soda and foaming agent to form a foam fire extinguishing agent. Tanning industry used as a tanning agent. The printing and dyeing industry is used as a mordant. In addition, it is also used as a clarifying agent in the oil and fat industry, a deodorant and decolorizing agent in the petroleum industry, and an astringent in the pharmaceutical industry.
